Ingredients

2 Cups - Wild Rice

½ tsp - Salt

2 ½ Cups - Water

½ Cup - Edamame (optional)

½ Cup - shredded Carrot (optional)

½ Cup - sliced cherry tomatoes (optional)

Easy Wild Rice Recipe using Instant Pot


Instructions

  1. Set cook time in your instant pot for 25 minutes

  2. Add salt

  3. Add Wild Rice

  4. Close lid and let cook

  5. When cooking is complete, Toss in the carrots, edamame, and sliced tomatoes

  6. Serve

Notes

This wild rice was cooked in a Instant Pot, I highly recommend using it since the cook time is shortened, in addition, draining water is not necessary. Cooks perfect every time with no supervision.
