2 Cups - Wild Rice
½ tsp - Salt
2 ½ Cups - Water
½ Cup - Edamame (optional)
½ Cup - shredded Carrot (optional)
½ Cup - sliced cherry tomatoes (optional)
- Set cook time in your instant pot for 25 minutes
- Add salt
- Add Wild Rice
- Close lid and let cook
- When cooking is complete, Toss in the carrots, edamame, and sliced tomatoes
This wild rice was cooked in a Instant Pot, I highly recommend using it since the cook time is shortened, in addition, draining water is not necessary. Cooks perfect every time with no supervision.
